Portland Community Rowing Association (PCRA) is a non-profit organization providing community members the opportunity for instruction, training, recreation and competition in the sport of rowing.

Our founders established Portland Community Rowing Association, a home base at Portland's East End Beach and obtained 501(c)(3) status, in 2006.  Without the founders this opportunity for community rowing in Portland simply would not exist.
